LIMITED WARRANTY
Congratulations on your new Cottage Furniture. Cottage Furniture products
carry a limited warranty to the ORIGINAL
PURCHASER with proof-of-purchase (original
invoice/receipt) AND product registration within
60 days of purchase. This constitutes the
original purchasers sole and exclusive remedy.
Pursuant to this warranty, Cottage Furniture
warrants that all products sold pursuant to this
agreement shall be free of any defects in
workmanship and material if used under normal
operating conditions. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY
MADE BY COTTAGE FURNITURE., AND IS MADE
EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
(EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Should any material parts or workmanship prove
defective, Cottage Furniture will, at Cottage Furniture's option, either repair or replace the
defective product at no charge (parts and labor
only) to the original purchaser according to the
following schedule from the date of original
purchase:

At all times, Cottage Furniture reserves the right
to substitute materials of like quality if the
original product is unavailable. It is the
responsibility of the original purchaser to pay ALL
transportation, freight, and shipping costs
involved in the returning and delivery of the
product to and from an Authorized Retailer or
Cottage Furniture Facility.
Cottage Furniture DOES NOT WARRANT DAMAGE DUE TO
MISUSE OR NEGLECT. This remedy is the original
purchasers SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under the
Contract of Sale, and in no event shall
consequential damages be recovered by the
original purchaser. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain service under this warranty, please
contact the Cottage Furniture dealer from whom
this product was purchased. If your dealer is
not accessible, please write to the service
manager at Cottage Furniture describing your
problem.
